Couperokei exists to pursue art, beauty and fashion with inspiration from our clients. Being part of the Belltown Art Walk is one way we are supporting our clients and our community showcasing local artists and musicians. This is a great way to support our local art scene while experiencing something new allowing you to connect with local artists while you also meeting your Belltown neighbors and support many small the businesses that make Belltown a vibrant community. We are offering a curated selection of local artists and music.

Artists

Mal Holiday is a singer/songwriter, actor, artist, a modern day renaissance woman. Having grown up in Western Europe till the age of 19 her music mirrors her eclectic upbringing by including influences of pop, hip hop, and various folk artists. M/\L currently resides in Seattle, WA and just released her first debut single “BOOM” accompanied by music video at CoupeRokei.

Heidi Epstein A longtime Skagit County resident, she has been an educator and interior designer whose history includes a B.A. in landscape architecture from U.C. Berkeley and a masters in painting and art education from the California College of Art. Her work, influenced by Zen Buddhist meditation, has been called buoyant, light, even “shimmery… barely there and [yet] completely grounded.” she is currently showing at i.e. gallery in Edison WA.

Erin Charbonneau Erin is driven and inspired most in her creative pursuits by channeling and exhibiting peoples’ attitudes and emotions for the world to see. She is passionate about artistic and creative expression that is strengthened and supported by confidence and empowerment. Her work in fashion and acrylic paintings reflects her free spirit as well as bold and fearless personality.

Burgandy Viscosi Currently her work dives deep into an alchemy of philosophy, physics and culture, all dancing together on one canvas. She strives to create visions that help awaken humanity to our collective consciousness through color, intention and play. Presently Burgandy resides in Seattle, WA and paints primarily with acrylic and water soluble oil. She is the owner of the Burgandy Viscosi Gallery on Seattle’s waterfront.

Sonia Rae Lujan Through multilayered epoxy resin collages, Sonia encapsulates glimpses into small worlds. Drawing inspiration from the female form, her work plays on themes such as gender, personal agency, and nostalgia. Her constructed scenes aim to elevate found objects and recycled vintage materials, breathing new life into them and allowing viewers to feel suspended in time and space. Sonia is a Colorado native with a BFA currently living in Seattle WA.

Alyona Pecheneva Altona is an international award winning hair stylist and artist who recently landed in Seattle from Ukraine . Her jewelry ranges from earrings to hair ornamentation specializing Austrian and Czechoslovakian crystals creating a glamorous, celebratory look.
